The Urimetrix is a collection system that enables monitoring and management of urine output in critically ill patients and also after certain large surgeries. The accurate management allows early indication of reaction to treatment and kidney failure. The Urimetrix also allows collection of a sterile urine specimen for diagnostic purposes. The system is based on user friendly electro-optic technology providing precise, real-time information on the patient’s urine volume condition

Intra-Abdominal Pressure (IAP) Monitoring Set
Measurement of bladder pressure via an indwelling urinary catheter is a simple and effective way of indirectly measuring intra-abdominal pressure. The highly compliant wall of the urinary bladder acts as a passive diaphragm when the bladder volume is between 50-100mls and thus will accurately reflect Intra-abdominal pressure (IAP).
Monitoring abdominal pressure is useful in detecting the onset of intra-abdominal hypertension (IAH) and the more severe condition, abdominal compartment syndrome (ACS).

IOS Impulse Oscillometry
Tidal breathing analysis with Impulse Oscillometry (IOS) has demonstrated to be informative and differentiated in the early detection and follow up of pulmonary diseases like asthma, COPD and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. IOS is almost independent of patient cooperation and can test a larger patient range than spirometry alone, from children to adult to geriatric patients.
IOS is available as a stand-alone device combined with a spirometry measurement program (MasterScreen IOS and Vyntus IOS) or as an add-on module to the MasterScreen series.
